BAR MANAGER

Adam Hanley has been in the hospitality industry for nearly twenty years, six of which he’s spent as the bar manager for the Lounge at Market Square. He is an obsessive student of the beverage arts, and enjoys combining the history and origins of drinks while trying to impress his customers with cocktails and spirits they can’t find anywhere else. Adam believes that good customer service is tantamount to both a shopping and drinking experience, and remains better at making drinks than naming them.
